Summerhill recorded their first win in the U19 championship this afternoon against Killary Emmets. Summerhill dominated much of the play in the first half but were wasteful in front of goal and the sides were level 4 point apiece as the break approached. Jake Ryan found the back of the net when he followed up his own effort that was saved to put the home side ahead. Moments later Manny Magno was narrowly wide with another goal chance but found the net for Summerhill’s second goal with the next attack on the stroke of half time.
