On Friday, our Roinn A group started their Championship campaign. They put in a gallant effort and fought till the end, but were out-powered by a more physical Ratoath side. The home side scored a goal and a point in stoppage time to claim the win. Hard luck to the Hill lads who had multiple standout performances throughout the team.

Our Roinn H boys got off to a winning start with an epic game against a strong Dunshaughlin side. Summerhill had a two point lead at half-time but found themselves trailing by six with ten minutes remaining. A strong finish from the Hill seen them overtake Dunshaughlin with some impressive scores and great defending. Well done to the full squad of players, and good luck to Dunshaughlin for the rest of the league.
