SuperValu's commitment to help build and support vibrant local communities and their sponsorship of The GAA Football All Ireland Senior Championship was never more evident than on Saturday 19th of September when our club was presented with a large set of training gear including footballs, water bottles and carriers, cones, ladders, gear bags, football bags and much more by Steven Nally of Supervalu Trim. The kits concerned is all quality O’Neill’s branded gear and is worth around €1000 to the club
Earlier this summer Nally's Supervalu Trim ran a "Tokens" promotion in store for "Kits for Kids" and due to the volume of tokens submitted by shoppers supporting Summerhill the club was presented with the new gear. On behalf of the club we would like to thank all those in the community who donated their "Kits for Kids" tokens in the store collection points throughout the summer to the Summerhill Club.
Thanks especially to Stephen and everyone in SuperValu Trim for giving Summerhill the opportunity to take part in this promotion.

In total O’Neill’s kit worth €430,000 has be awarded to over 400 clubs around the country by SuperValu. This initiative by SuperValu is a great example of money staying local when people choose to shop with their local stores.
